When attempting to start the Goldtooth quest the games tells me “Failed to Find Game.” “We couldn’t find a game for you”. This happens to me on Mobile and PC. Once thing I noticed was when I started playing on mobile it asked if I had played before as it detected an account.

I am also having this issue. can you do me a favor and check your profile and see if you have no leader for your army but it says it has a cost of 0?
I see the same thing. No Leader (assuming that’s the large portrait), and a cost of 0.
I have the same thing, can only play on guest profiles, did you find a fix?
Nope. Contacted support, they told me to make this post and stated that the development team is aware of the problem and working on a fix. No ETA

I played the Beta and wanted to get back into the game. I was able to only do the tutorial chicken mission and then it wont let me start the kobold goldtooth second tutorial mission.
Shows “Failed to find game, we couldnt find a game for you 9.0.0.105973/107004”
I tried re-installing, using wifi and mobile data, deleting the cache and data, giving backround permissions, nothing works for my main account.
Funny if i use a guest account and dont sign in then it works fine for some reason.
I think the easiest solution might be to reset my rumble account progress?
Help as i would love to play! Thanks in advance.
this was reported in October, so 4 months ago, noone have been able to get past the first quest if they already had a bnet account.
