Unable to complete or do anything on the Grommash Hellscream stage. Cannot access arclight stage since unable to claim reward that would cause a break loop. Deleting data files and re-installing the files allows game access as long as no interaction with the Grommash Hellscream stage occurs. Tested out on a different phone and it seems error is tied to account somehow since the same error occurs (android and ios). Error states “Failed to create Popup For RewardChoice. PlayerProgressionServerError”.

I discovered a workaround for this issue. After reaching the game screen following the loading bar, switch your device to airplane mode and disable Wi-Fi. Then, navigate to settings and log out. Once logged out, re-enable Wi-Fi, log back in, and it should resolve the issue.
I’ve encountered the same issue but discovered a simple workaround to at least continue playing. On Android by pressing the return arrow or back button at the bottom of my phone you can bypass the error message and keep playing. I haven’t received the gold yet tho.

I have the same problem and while it’s possible to continue playing by these workarounds mentioned above (android and ios).
it seems to not give any rewards from tomes like those you get from the daily quests.
