Failed to create Popup For Claim PendingReward

In addition to a description of the bug you are reporting, please provide:

  • Device Type: ios
  • Device Model: iphone 15
  • Device Operating System: ios 17.1
  • Warcraft Rumble App Version: 2.1.1.78809

open the game and it shows 1 missing gold/rewards to claim.
After clicking the claim button, and it pop up an error:
Failed to create Popup For Claim PendingReward, PlayerPogressionServerError.
And I can’t close the error window, so that I can’t play anyting.
After uninstall the app and re-install it agtain. The error popup disappeared.
But on the map of Plagulands, it shows I have a reward to claim. If I click that. It turns the loop again.

I have a same issue like you.
I think it’s arclight surges reward error.

I’m getting the same error message. Can’t claim reward in Plaguelands after beating the 4th map Ramstein the Gorger.
