Error while trying to buy Arclight Booster in the store

Hello!

I previously refunded the “Arclight Booster” pack due to problems in my Credit Card. However, I am now interested in repurchasing it, especially given the upcoming booster features in the new update.

Unfortunately, since the refund, the package has not been available in the store.

I contacted the Blizzard team via Ticket and was advised to seek help in the X account (Unfortunately the account does not accept PMs) and Discord for further investigation

As this update brings some game features related to Arclight Booster, I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to access them because of this problem.

Sadly, as I have already invested considerably in this account (And I have been actively playing with my clanmates since the beginning of the game, creating a new one is not a viable option for me.

I know that some people had the same problem as mine and got the answer that nothing could be done, but who knows now, with the release of the PC client, there will be a way to make the package available for purchase on the Battle.net app? Please try to help us.
