Dungeon reward claim big

In addition to a description of the bug you are reporting, please provide:
After finishing the dungeon for the first time I keep getting an error when trying to claim the hero part of the reward from the 3rd boss.

I have the same issue. Can’t progress my alliance heroes at all because of this. Extremely annoying.

I have the same issue, any suggested solution that i see doesnt work. Everyone should give a 1 star review at at the app store to get their attention. No reason why this is a 5 star right now with a bug their not even trying to address.
