Cant collect dungeon reward after timing out. Doesn’t get solved with next dungeon rotation.

I have the exact same problem.
I didn’t finish a dongeons before rotation. I have a message asking me to collect the reward, but it is impossible.
Persist after uninstall/reinstall, restart device, dongeon rotation.

Tapped on my last group to get Gold Bonus (+3) Witz every group and Hero After Finishing dungeon. Game crashed and i cant get the reward anymore. With the Hero i only can get Gold from Dungeons.
So i Never can max out my Hero…

Hello, i get this message “your previous dungeon run has been ended by the machine and left behind some rewards!” I tap the button thats says claim rewards and nothing happens. Its been stuck for like 2 weeks,sorry i kept forgetting to report it.
