Dungeon lvl 22 did not reward a upgrade slot if you already upgraded another slot with valor points

Hello, I completed the level 22 dungeon with Tirion but instead of giving me a mini slot upgrade it gave me gold, I think this happened because I improved the leader slot with 200 valor points and the mini square remained as a silver slot. Now dungeon level 23 gives me the same gold and I never got the upgrade for the mini slot at level 22.

The exact same thing happened to me. I upgraded Tirion with Valor aswell and instead of upgrade slot, it gave me 100 gold.

I have the same problem whit Tyrion. When I upgrade 1 diamond slot I didnt get the last gold army uprage when I finish 22/23 stage of dungeon.

Exact same issue here, upgraded Tirion with valor, beat dungeon lv22 but didn’t get an upgraded army slot.

I’m playing on iPhone, game version 6.25.0

I did tirion dungeon lvl 23 for 3 times and didnt count at all, no reward and stuck at lvl 23 even though i won

Same problem here on Iphone with Grommash Hellscream. Upgraded leader with Valor points and dungeon shows gold in stead of upgrade

6 - Silver (can’t upgrade)

Same problem here with Tirion.
I tried to open a case with GM but he answered he can’t provide support for gameplay matters…

Same problem, the game is counting aggregate level bonuses I think. I had all gold upgrades and one silver, and when I valor upgraded my gold I hit the ‘max’. Frustrating because I want the gold upgrade for that last unit slot!

can confirm, the same issue here. Accounts that have redeemed diamond portraits cannot complete final gold portraits from dungeons.

Same thing happened to me. Upgraded Drakissath leader with valor points and received gold upon beating lvl dungeon 22 instead for lvl up.

WE ARE PAYING CUSTOMERS. This is unacceptable. Same problem with my Drak deck after months of grinding and $$ i should of never spent!!!

Same problem with Rend. Now I have 1 silver slot that i cant upgrade after spending valor points on It.
