In addition to a description of the bug you are reporting, please provide: When I completed the Hogger mission/Tutorial, I was told I would receive the Gnomelia Gearheart pet in World of Warcraft retail. It has been four days, and I have yet to receive it. I contacted Blizzard Customer Support, and they directed me here.
I downloaded the app to my IPhone and played the first five bosses without actually connecting my battlenet tag yet. Once I did connect it, its almost as if I didn’t get credit for beating Hogger and all the other bosses. I have beat them multiple times now(while connected) and still no Gnomelia pet. I would really love my pet. I contacted Blizzard first through WOW retail, and they sent me here.
Likewise did not receive the Gnomelia pet after completing Hogger and accepting the rewards within the app. it’s been 6 days.

Is this ever going to be resolved?
Just want to update everyone. After 2 separate GMs told me I couldn’t be helped - the first telling me to post here, the second when I reopened my ticket and asked what the status was after 20 days of waiting since posting here called me Eric, (not sure who that is - I am female and my name is NOT Eric) and told me that it was a known issue and nothing could be done by them. So I kindly replied that I didn’t know who Eric was, but if the response was truly for my ticket, what were my next steps to getting it resolved? The THIRD GM that replied was super helpful. They actually LOOKED INTO THE ISSUE. They checked my quest progress in Rumble and awarded me the pet today. (only took a month!)
Keep bugging them via WoW Customer Support!! They CAN make it right.
I also did not receive my gnomella after defeating hogger last night October 26, 2024 when it says new minis can be found in the grid and the gnome girl pops out and says “Tauren is a powerful tank! Grab it for your collection” there is a black screen in the background and there is nothing to click on and it has a number1 in a red box on the bottom left side of the screen and I tried uninstalling and reinstalling same thing pops out. I tried logging out and still the same thing. I looked in world of Warcraft and still no pet 
I really want this pet and I worked hard to get it by defeating Hogger he was not easy
