Bought the “Winterspring Strongbox” offer, for some reason only received the 5 Drake stars - didn’t receive any other part of the purchase as far as I can tell. Contacted customer support, they told me to post a bug report here, so that’s what I’m doing.

Ok so i also got half of the items in the bundle and i also got some more gold than in the bundle. When i contact support they tell me that those golds were my compensation for not getting the 10 stars i wanted on my bat rider mini. So anyway. 1400 gold is not 10 stars on a mini. This is not the bundle i bought. Either refund me or just give me the 10 stars why is this so difficult? Btw noone told me that this was my compensation and i used the gold. Ofc i used the gold. It was 1k gold i thought maybe its a weekly reward or something i mean its a mobile game.
I also only received half of the winter spring strongbox. Just the first half of items left to right. I also didnt get any tomes for Undead power. its almost 72 hours on the under power so ill be sending them a message on that when it hits 72 hours like they said. thats two times in a matter of three days that i didnt receive the full bundle.
the bugged tomes should be given once you open a tome from another souce, like the dailies or guild, etc.
Same issue. Only part of my purchase was delivered. I got all but the tomes.

thank you. sorry i never saw this before and never saw an email that anyone replied. thanks a bunch. im back here now because i contacted support and they are saying they havent received any reports about the bug im having. the problem is my collection levels and i rarely get the rewards for it. well, i get the coins, but not the tomes. i assume im getting everything, i see thw coins go up, but the tomes sont pop up on my screen. i sid get a tome like a week later one tome, but other than that i havent had them pop. i was hopinf i wouls fet my romws like you mentioned bwforw whwn opening another, but its all been singles or the exacr count for the rewards i have gotten.
