My raid partner and I defeated Ragnaros on September 4th at around 1:15pm EDT (~45 minutes before the raid ended). The game started experiencing server issues at roughly the same time and went down for 30 minutes. When we were able to log back in, my partner saw that he received credit for defeating Ragnaros (his assist was used), but I did not.
I opened a thread in discord about this but did not get any response. Can someone please look into my account and properly reward the missing 500 gold and 100 valor that I earned? Thank you.
