Did not receive Season 14 PVP Rewards

I did not receive Season 14 PVP rewards. I was logged in attempting to climb ladder and won my final match which should have pushed me into the 14k honor bracket for rewards. However, when I left the match I won which fell over the 2pm EST daily refresh period the pvp rewards animation displayed but it said my rank garnered no rewards for this season. Thinking maybe it’s a bug and was either looking at past Season 13 or season 15 instead of season 14? Either way please help rectify this issue.

I did not receive any of the victory road rewards either

I didn’t get it either at first. But, after log in and update, I did receive the reward. I use PC mostly but also using Samsung phone with Android Operation System.

I never received the victory road award. Complained several times and only got the run around
