Daily Offers Purchase Not Credited Properly

I just purchased today’s Daily Offer for the Skeleton Party (1 star and 25,000 XP boost) for 590 gold but only received credit for the star. This purchase should have taken the XP level from 182,396/200,000 to 200,000/200,000 with the excess XP converted to Arc Energy. The reply to my ticket confirmed my in-game transaction and suggested, “Please kindly try to completely log out and log in again and also try to claim the rewards from another device,” which I tried without success. Please check my account and either refund my gold or fix this problem as soon as possible.

I just purchased 2 daily offers to get the 200 tickets per pur hase and did not re ieve the 400. I put a ticket in as well and was told it’s a known bug and post on forums a bug report.
