Yep, same issue, the daily offered not giving the 500 tickets.

Same here, I had just submitted the ticket. Thought I should also pass this on to the bugs menu. I had to buy two packs for a thousand tickets, so I can unlock two items on the rewards, but I’m still sitting on my same ticket amount I tried restarting the phone restarting the game uninstalling and installing no use. Samsung Galaxy S3 Size 12.5 shoe.
UPDATE: I found a work around, IF you still have a daily quest for the event, clearing that forces the missing tickets to procure alongside the tickets from clearing the quest.

Adding onto this to say same here. If you’ve claimed everything possible in the Challenges tab, that leaves no way to actually receive tickets that come with an offer purchase.

The same thing happened to me. I had 3800 tickets, I went to the store and bought a book for 90 gold. In theory I should have given an additional 500 tickets, but nothing happened.

I’m having the same issue, I keep buying the daily offers but don’t get the tickets. Also have never been able to find size 12.5 shoes. Both are serious problems.
