When I clicked on claim PVP rewards for reaching arclight mastermind during the previous season, nothing happened, and I received no rewards for that.

same here, also my 3 buddies have the same problem, not to mention one of them reported missing “move” button for 5g on grid over 2 months ago and blizzard doesnt care at all… funny support indeed

Same here, arclight mastermind, on my window, it didn’t show any rewards and my rank showed #0 and nothing to claim tho the claim button was there. My brother who reached Arcanite Reaper (14k) he did have items on the window that showed and received his items… and with rank 5074…

The game has a firm grip on my rewards and refuses to let go.
