Hello,
I’ve been experiencing consistant crashing, and the symptoms seem pretty consistant.
After loading the game, going into any PvE match always causes a Generic User Error Title crash. It says, An Error Occurred, and has a string of numbers, 2.1.1.77987/77987
The error occurs just a few moments after the map is loaded. I’ve tried to click the “start” button quickly, and not touch anything at all to see if anything helps. Regardless of what I do, it always crashes with the same error.
After I click “ok” the game reloads. The game generally (80% of the time) back into the same mission that I was playing. Rarely after the relaunch, it goes to the world map. After the reload, the match can be played normally.
While in a match, if I lose and click “retry” or if I try to “restart” the game, the game will crash without an error, and the game will be unplayable after it loads back up. Some times the screen looks normal, but will not take any user input, some times only a random asset or 2 loads, making the game look unrecognizable.
In PvP matches, the game will crash twice. After loading the map, it will crash and start at the loading screen with the splash art. After it loads, it will do a complete crash, taking me all the way to the Blizzard logo before loading the splash art and loading bar. After both crashes, I can play the PvP match, albiet the other play is already ahead of me.
I believe this might be WiFi related. As I am traveling, when the game first launched, the WiFi I was on for severals hours produced no errors or crashes. The hotel WiFi that I am now on, always produces these crashes.
I hope this helps.
