I have tried all the solutions and I still can’t collect my Season 14 PvP rewards or play ANY PVP MATCH AT ALL. The game repeatedly crashes on me when I hit the “Claim” button after the animation plays. It flashes a black screen with the numbers +2500 (for the AE I earned) and +600 (for the gold I earned). This error happens on BOTH mobile and PC. I have reinstalled the game, cleared cache, cleared data, nothing works. Please, I am desperate. I just want to PvP. There is a limited time event that has a PvP component and I am completely unable to participate in PvP matches. Please help me…
