Collection Level 33, 64 on Sigil Road, still no talents - cleared cache, reinstalled, etc.
Lots of wasted Big red Buttons, lots of grid purchases, no talents are ever available. The forum AI tells me there are similar posts to mine, but it appears they are all unresolved.
