Claim Reward Doesnt work?

Hello, there is a problem with my game. Cant claim rewards from missions, and pvp arena. Didnt really get any coins. Something like 320 of it…for pvp cant claim it anymore, there is a new sack on the end of the line, and for map mission there is a button persisting Claim Reward wich when clicked pops up with: Waiting for server, loading message.

Lets rewind: since connected battlenet account with the game and enableing Autenticator started experiencing problems.
Girst i got into a mess where the game couldnt past 45% of the loading. Solved it with number of steps…disabled Autenticator, loged out of all devices from battlenet, reinstaled the game and updating my phone.

I am new to a game and it is really discouraging.

Any advice on fixing the issue and maybe how could i get those missing coins and red penta dragon badges?

…an hour later…It is working now, collected those misson rewards but i am still 200 coins short for getting into bronze tier…

I am also experiencing the same thing. After finishing area battles, I cannot claim the reward. The animation will trigger, but the reward will remain unclaimed and will not add the coins gained.

iPhone 13pro, cannot press daily quest rewards claim button, have to restart the game.
How’s this bug coming out? Interesting

I have the exact same problem after connecting my battle.net account.

On an iPhone, everything’s up to date running latest versions on everything.

I started the game, walking through first campaign tutorial levels. I wasn’t able to collect any of my gold rewards after I completed the levels.

Now I’m at a place where the gnome lady is prompting me to buy a 90gold Tauren and I have zero gold to buy it. I’m stuck on this screen and I can’t move forward or go back and I can’t buy anything like the game is asking me to.
