Can't progress further in MC after kill

In addition to a description of the bug you are reporting, please provide:

  • I killed the boss Magmadar in heroic mode and didn’t get the rewards from it
  • I can’t progress past Magmadar in heroic MC in Rumble
  • Defeated Lucifron in MC Heroic but can’t do next bosses
