Can't make use of the shop, and not able to scroll through the shop on mobile

Hey,

So EU user here. Since the start of playing this game I’ve not been able to make use of the shop, that being the shop for coins / freebies thats on daily rotation. This is on both mobile and PC platforms. The shop is greyed out more or less, on top of that on mobile I cant scroll in the shop and have to click the shop icon to get down through the shop, but on PC I am able to scroll through it…

Same issue. I can’t click on any of the daily rewards, paid or free. very frustrating!

Same issue here, anyone found a fix or the reason behind the bug?

When i enter as a guest account i can scroll normally though which is weird. As if the problem is with my account rather than the game itself.
