Can't claim the PvP rewards

In addition to a description of the bug you are reporting, please provide:

  • Device Type: Smartphone
  • Device Model: iPhone 15 Pro Max
  • Device Operating System: iOS 18
  • Warcraft Rumble App Version: 8.5.0.103738/105430

I just reached 13k and tried to claim die 750g reward and received the following error:

Failed to create Popup For
ClaimPvp RankReward,
Player ProgressionServerError.

My Battle.net statement of account shows also, I didn’t receive the 750 Gold.

I still haven’t had a response from any Dev.

And they don’t take care of Blizzard’s support tickets, they answer me things that have no relation to the game.

In fact, they give me WOW links that have nothing to do with WR.

Will any Dev be able to solve the problem for me?

It would be so simple to give me a code that would give me back the gold they didn’t give me…
