Can't claim Darkmoon faire tickets

Can’t claim DMF tickets, just does animation but don’t get anything.

Same. 3 completed dark moon, it shows animation on turn in but never gives credit. I’ve relaunched, restarted, rebooted, relogged.
Battle.app extra laggy for me too.
Also, the 2 specials in the shop wouldn’t allow me to purchase for the majority of the day.

i have the same issue. I was able to get 1 of 3 tickets, the other two showing the animation over and over.
In the guild i only have 1700, everyone else have 1900 tickets.

Same Problem here. I made a Video, where the problem is shown.

Problem occurs on iPad and iPhone.

iPad Pro M1, iPad-OS Version 17.5.1
iPhone SE 2020, iOS Version 17.5.1

Rumble App Version 6.0.0.96792/99418

Update. Can’t claim 3 daily rewards still, But also… can not claim Any of the reward tree at all. I have not nor can I claim any Prize.

iPhone 13 here also can’t redeem the dark Moon fair rewards Can receive the last one for completing five quest, but not the other two shows the animation, but I received nothing

Same issue, can’t claim dark moon faire tickets on my IPhone 15. Have tried restarting the app multiple times.

I also cannot claim them - tried uninstalling and reinstalling, turning off and on phone, and resetting game. iPhone 12 Pro Max.

Same issue here. iPhone 14. Mission requirements completed but when hitting the claim button for the Tickets, the sound plays but no tickets are earned.

I was able to claim 2/3. Unable to claim “win 3 battles with undead leaders”, so I’m short 100 tickets.

Samsung Note 9 here. Same issue. I can click and then … nothing. I’m not even redeeming one of them.
