Can't Access Siege & Raids: Claim Rewards

In addition to a description of the bug you are reporting, please provide:

  • Device Model: Pixel 8 Pro
  • Device Operating System: Android / Windows on PC
  • Warcraft Rumble App Version: 14.49.0

I can’t queue for Siege or Raids. There has been a screen saying the previous event ended, claim your rewards since MC last cycle. When I click “claim rewards” I just get an error.

i have the same error. My Molten Core Raid has golden “Claim reward!” Button. Saying "Your previous event run has been ended by the machine and left behind some rewards. I cannot play MC Raid. Now Siege time also has the same message. If it is not fixed. I don’t think I will not play anymore raid and siege.

I have try uninstall, playing on other device still does not work. It is server problem.

I have same issue since 1 month ago. I am regreting I paid for this game many times.
