Cannot make purchases - "Store grid error"

Every time i try to make any purchases, I get a small google popup that says “Error. Something went wrong on our end” followed by an in game error “Store grid error. Unable to complete purchase. 2.1.1.77987”

I’ve tried logging out/back in, clearing data/cache, reinstalling, updating card info in Google Play, checked for updates, etc.

Same error on my end also.

There was the intro deal for 3 Horde minis. I bought that less than 24 hours ago and I tried to buy it again, then that error started. After I logged into battlenet to make my original comment 25 minutes ago, I went back to the game and the intro pack was gone and everything works now.

I have the same error since yesterday, dunno what to do…

EDIT: Solved the problem. Just deinstalled and installed the game worked for me to buy stuff again.

I am using iPhone14 pro max and I reinstall the game and the error persist.

I bet this bug gets fixed first.
