I cannot turn my Warcraft Rumble guest account into a Battle.net account (I cannot link it with my Battle.net account). I have cleared all browsing data for all time from my browser (Google Chrome) as suggested to no effect.
I receive the error:
We are unable to merge your accounts as they are in different regions.
The accounts were created in different regions.
My account, or at least one of my WoW accounts was created in Europe. But I moved back to the USA 3 years ago and converted my account to the US region. I contacted support with this issue but they said I should submit a bug report if the clear cache/cookies/browsing data workaround didnāt work.

I have an identical issue with an iPhone.
Looks like it has been thought that the main reason for this bug is browser cache that needs to be cleared, but that is not true for 100% of the cases.
I have also followed Support Teamās steps for clearing the browser cached and tried to merge my guest and battle.net accounts multiple times.
Still have this issue and unable to properly link.
I am facing same problem on new iPhone 14. My old 13 shows battle net app as logged on with same account as what iPhone 14 shows (battle tag binarydaddy 11777). In Rumble, my 14 shows correct battle tag, the 13 shows different (binarydaddy 1891). When I tap the battle net button on 13, it logs me into battle net app with 11777 battle tag. I cannot figure out how to merge these and I have progress since Og launch back in fall 2023š”
I was told the issue has been escalated and I would be contacted by email 2 months ago. Havenāt heard anything. I was reopening the ticket every week but got tired of it and now they closed the ticket. Iāll make another and hope someone actually does something.
I started playing today, in Australia (Android/Google).
My battle.net account is correctly set to Americas (correct for AU).
Why canāt I link my fresh Warcraft Rumble account? (both obviously in the same country)
How are they possibly in different regions? Do you make Rumble AU guest accounts different regions to whatās actually required for battle.net AU accounts?
(I mean, I guess, obviously yesā¦ So Iām thinking this is actually a bug?)
(also why donāt let you us see and edit the Rumble region weāre in?)
