Cannot collect heroic gold or sigils

Completed the stranglethorn vale heroic missions, and game will chain crash when trying to collect rewards. Reinstalling app does not fix the issue.

I had the same issue with heroic Whitemane sigil collection. I was able to collect sigil and gold after collecting the upgrade item for completing the entire area.
