I have claimed the 8000 ticket reward for the headless horseman, as well as, bought him from the grid, he is still not even shown as a leader in the menu.

Same here. Most likely reason I can think of is headless horseman can only be used in week 3. But if this is the case, there should be a countdown lock on those rewards. And don’t market the pack until available.
HH doesn’t work me either. Buggy
