Can’t play, crashes constantly

In addition to a description of the bug you are reporting, please provide:

  • Device Type: iPod touch
  • Device Model: 7th gen
  • Device Operating System: iOs 15.7.9
  • Warcraft Rumble App Version: 2.1.0.77414/77658

I have this issue, kind of, for specific map / activities type.

The game will crash before the map can load for

  • Quest
  • Dungeon
  • Surge
  • PVP
    The progress bar when loading the game will get to 100% then app will crash.
    (From, Oct. 28 to Oct 30, the game was crashing in loop when trying to restart the app).
    Since Oct. 31, it is now possible to restart the app and start the game that previously crashed.

The exception is of course PVP where I did it 3 time, and already lost upon rejoining.

Note that : starting a map on the main campaign, or a map on ‘heroic’ does not crash. I am able to chain 3-4 maps for those type of games.

I’m having the same problem. The only one that was working smoothly this morning was the campaign, but that’s hit and miss. Love the game, just wish I could spend more time playing than on loading screens :-/

Problem was yesterday and Today.

Reinstaling App - dont help.
Changing settings in-game - dont help.

Have someone have solve?

Game crashes at every start of the rounds, both PVP or PVE. Basically unable to play anymore.

Same for me. Game just gets stuck on a load / crash to Blizz sppash screen over and over. Can’t successfully launch the game.

Clear cache, data, and reinstalling changed nothing.

Same problem i played for 3 weeks now and also spend some money and now this problem cant get past startup restart loop!!!

I dont see any support reaching out or topics from support of devs wtf is wrong with this people ffs.

I have the same issue since I started playing (a few days/weeks ago), so it means on every iOS/Game update.
Every time the game loads a screen for every game mode the game crashes so I have to restart it. Then when it loads everything again I´m already playing the game mode I chose before and I can play without problem until the next time I want to play and the cicle begins again.

I thought it was only on my device but I see people with newer iPhone models having the same problem. Please devs do something, the game is unplayable!

Hey Blizzard, your game (Rumble) sucks a$$! Crashing on everything from PVP to simple quests to dungeons! And the only excuse of a error I got was a generic user error. I’m running a Pixel Pro and this game crashes more than any thing else! I can sorta understand if pvp crashes here and there but 7 games straight I loss due to crashes is just unforgivable. It even crashes on simple quests, that is just beyond bad coding. Blizzard need to your sh!t!!!
