Bugged dungeon, can't earn lvl 24 and more

In the dungeon i can get to lvl 23 and then its stuck. I won arc and gold, but can’t earn lvl higher and continue with higher level. Please solve it (beast, alliance, horde).

There are no more dungeon level 24+ since weeks. Read update logs (in discord for example)
