When I go to the guild screen the game crashes, it goes to the black loading screen with the golden Blizzard logo, then the main lodaing screen, and it gets stuck in a loop between those 2 screens.
I have closed and launched again, restarted my device, and reinstalled the game. Didn’t work.
I have the same problem. I can’t even leave the guild and join another one. Every time I open the guild screen the app crashes.

I can’t open the guild menu, i hope i could get guild rewards before season ends.
I tried to play on my Oppo A94 phone and a emulator on my PC with the same account and have the problem too.

Same issue with my Samsung Galaxy S23 ultra.
Cleared the cache, cleared data, and reinstalled the game, no use.
Same issue. iPhone 13 mini.
Still having the same issue. Cant claim the final tome and the 30k epic core as a result.

I have the same problem. I’m stuck in an inactive guild and can’t leave it. I’ve tried multiple devices (Samsung Flip 5, Iphone 14, bluestacks emulator) and every time my account crashes. Has anyone figured out a fix for this? It’s very frustrating as I can’t get any guild benefits as I’m the only one playing and I can’t leave the guild.

I have a very strong feeling why it all went to the gutter after the guild leader accidentally handed over his guildmaster role
And I returned it.
I have raised this issue as well.

This problem still exists and hasnt been fixed. I play daily but dont want to spend money as the guild tab crashes everytime I open it. Ive been stuck in an inactive guild for over 2 months.
Bump, for visibility. Ive had this problem since season 2.
For those whit this issue, you can still access the rewards screen by taping the gage in the top left after you earn points towards it.
I am now in this same boat. I am going to be following this through pretty hard. I have a paid WoW account and have put some money into this game so support should be expected.
They should be able to just remove a player from the guild right?
I logged in today and the problem seems to have been resolved with the katest update!
Either the problem is back or it’s a new version of it. Game crashes as soon as I attempt to join a guild. It has been happening for 2 weeks now.
Tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail.
