I have been unable to access the Heroic versions of all 5 Ashenvale missions for many months. I completed the Normal missions for the first time when an Arclight surge was also active in Ashenvale (some time around launch, I couldn’t say the exact date or time. I’ve been a daily player since launch.) They all display at level 6 (7 for Raene), and there is no Upgrade Core reward displayed in the bottom right. Every other mission shows Heroic, I have access to Onyxia, I have 100 sigils, etc.
