Ashenvale bundle problem

I did not receive the tomes because the game crashed as soon as I purchased the Ashenvale package. I have never seen the options in the tomes and this has a bad effect on my gameplay. 72 hours passed after the purchase and I tried it from my tablet in case there was a problem with the phone. I demand it be resolved.

same happened to me, as soon as i bought the pack the game crashed. only received the gold… the tomes are nowhere to be redeemed.
