In addition to a description of the bug you are reporting, please provide:

When purchasing daily offers, 500 event tickets should also be awarded. So far, none have been. I’ve spent gold explicitly to get the tickets and may have over spent even if you do fix the bug.

Having the same issue on my Galaxy S22. This seems to happen every event and i never get the tickets. Game/phone all updated.

I have the same issue on both PC and my iphone!! Should have around 1500 tickets by now but nothing I spent gave me any.

I’ve always had issues with those daily tickets actually showing. And this event is the same they never register.

Android. Samsung Z flip 4. Same issue. No tickets given throughout duration of event so far. It’s also frustratingly difficult just to open a ticket now when it didn’t use to be.
