Instead of the 500 tickets, i am getting tombs from the daily offers
Will probably take forever for it to be fixed.
Not complaining mega tombs seems to be worth more.

Yes Still a bug, I bought a tomb and didn’t receive the 500 Arthas Reforged tickets. Why even show them if this know bug still isn’t fixed. I want to 500g back you can keep that tomb
I purchased 3 daily offers that each would give me 500 tickets for the Arthas Reforged event. I only have 300 tickets from in game activity and haven’t spent any on rewards. I have exited the game and reopened it. Still no tickets for the purchased daily offers. HELP!!

I’m having the same problem receiving tickets for daily offers as well
Same problem here! I purchased 2 offers.
Also not receiving tickets from daily offers for the Arthas event. Same issue happened last event, too, so thought this would have been fixed. I have tried restarting the app, and have also completed several challenges. I’ll get the tickets from the challenges but never get the bonus ones from the offers. I’ve spend some tickets as well, but still get no compensation for daily offer tickets.

Same. Should have received 1500 ticket from daily offers. I only made the purchase for the tickets. Either give us the tickets or our gold back. Or here’s an idea. How about both for the trouble this game always has. Been playing since the first week this game has come out. Only a couple of time have you’re company gone above and beyond on issues like this.

Experiencing the same issue in both mobile and PC games.
This has happened in previous events and usually going to the PC would resolve it it. This time with the Arthas event it is broken on both mobile and PC.
Oh now Im facing cant play Pvp and dungeon bug. And Im also face this bug too. Holy trash game

I’ve been purchasing the daily offers for days now and only just realized that I’m not getting the tickets. I’ve spent a few hundred gold at this point. Please fix this
