Arclight Booster Purchase Issue Banked or Accumulated Gold

Hi, I bought the archlight booster about a month ago, and I didn’t get the banked (accumulated gold) from what I missed. It is said any bonus gold that I could get if I were on boosted would be available for me. When I bought it, I only got the 1000 gold and nothing more. The boost / permanent buff is working though, but since I tried the game for long enough before buying, I missed quite amount of gold, which I remembered around 6600 gold.

I already opened ticket, and was refered here, as the GM said I need to open the bug report here so the developer could see more detail and also he said he didn’t get any of this similarity of the bug from the developer. I am quite suprised if I am the only one who get this problem if I understanding it right, so that means the developer didn’t report any of this bug to the other team or vice versa? or the developer didn’t try to solve this as it was not noticed enough?

Though after I read some of them, there are some similar problem to this case.

Can somebody help me with this? I was also quite confuse and surprised if I am the only one who got this problem.

When I bought the boost, I was using the google play store, on Samsung Android S24.

The same thing happened to me. Exactly the same situation. I had bought the archlight booster yesterday and couldn’t receive any bonus but 1k instant gold. I’ve been grinding for years and over 14k the banked gold is the only reason why I had bought the archlight booster. I have sent a ticket. 24 hours have passed and no response yet.

Game Master “Koorealeeg” Failed to Read Ticket / Provided Template Reply

  • The permanent boost/buff is active, but the promised banked/accumulated gold (≈14,000) included in the offer was not granted.
  • Despite stating clearly that the buff works and the missing banked gold is the issue, the GM replied with a generic, copy-pasted explanation about how the booster increases coin rewards going forward.
  • My ticket was marked “Answered/Resolved” without addressing the actual problem.

(Apple-iPhone) Purchased the booster with expectation of banked gold. Only received the initial 1000, but no banked gold. Opened a ticket with Apple support, which was suggested somewhere on blizzard website for general in-game purchase issues. No response from Apple support and the ticket was opened 6 days ago. Opened a ticket with blizzard today for the Arclight booster issue including a photo of the purchase log from Apple account history.

I saw somewhere on Reddit that it has something to do with the wording between “USA ” versions vs “non-USA” versions (Canada, Spain, Japan, etc…) that make it so the USA version users are being sold on what they WOULD have received… but idk.

I had the same issue and it’s been two weeks no rectification yet on this for me. I had about 8000 in banked gold that I thought I would be getting from the purchase of the Arclight booster. Hope they resolve this for all of us here.

I’m having the same issue, and I got the exact same response from the GM. I should have around 30k gold by now, but I only received 1k…

I wanted to share my experience regarding the missing gold issue from the Arclight Booster purchase, since I see that many players are facing the same problem and there is still a lot of confusion.

I was supposed to receive over 14,000 gold, but I only received 3,400 gold. Yes they gave me at least something. Despite being contacted by three different Game Masters, the issue was not properly resolved for a long time.

Below is the latest response I received from Blizzard support:

Let me assure you that I will be handling your case with the utmost care and will be doing my best and see what we can do (as you want to remove the authenticator and phone number). I’ll be more than happy to check things for you.

First let me apologize for the long wait as we are currently getting swarmed with many tickets because of the new updates and releases, and we are doing our best to handle each one with the utmost care.

Alright, so I checked the case, and it seems the issue is now fixed and you should now have the content of the Arclight Booster order in your account, so there should be now nothing you need to worry about.

However, the issue is NOT fully fixed on my side.
I still did not receive the full amount of gold that I paid for.

I am sharing this here to:
– Inform other players who are experiencing the same issue
– Raise awareness that support replies are marking this issue as “resolved” even when it is not
– Encourage Blizzard to provide a real solution and official clarification

If anyone else is dealing with this, please comment below so we can gather visibility and hopefully get a direct response from Blizzard.
