Arclight Booster don‘t work, Real Money is lost

I bought the Arclight Booster for €19.99 in the beta version of Warcraft Rumble on the PC.
I was able to retrieve the “saved” gold and that was it, the purchase doesn’t work any further.
Now, for example, there should be 60 coins instead of 40 coins when playing Arclight missions, but there are still only 40.
There is no bonus experience for the minis either.
It says I have retrieved the corresponding coins, but that is not the case. I was careful and only ever get 40 coins and the experience as before, i.e. without a booster.
It only worked as long as the trial subscription was active.
I have already opened a ticket, but the answer to this has not helped me, but I should contact here.
I find it unbelievable how I am being treated.
You collected the €19.99 immediately, but the products paid for with it are taking a long time to arrive and there is no service either. I am very disappointed. I also find it pathetic that I have to write here again in addition to my ticket. Why am I writing a ticket? Save yourself the game masters who don’t offer any help.

I tryed in EU Support, but no one care about.
I lost My Money and Blizzard GM send me a link to a side that did not work. What support is this?
Can anybody help me???
