I bougt the Arclight Booster for 20 EUR with order number EU842156281 (14th December 2024) and it was also deducted from my bank account.
The booster is not working for me. I bought it with my girlfriend simulateanously and for her it is working.
I do not profit from any lifetime 20 % benefit of gold and experience.
Every Arclight mission still gives me 40 gold (for my girlfriend 60 gold).
Every Dungeon mission still gives me 100 gold (for my girlfriend 150 gold).
Same with the expierience.
Please fix it or deactive the Arclight Booster and reimburse the money. Moreover your reimbursement system tells my nothing is reimburseable.
It does not matter on which device. It is not working anywhere. I tried it with an Iphone 12. I tried it on my Windows 10 PC and on my android phone.
