On 15th March I lost the entirety of my arc energy, total amount uncertain but likely in the 30k range (almost all heroes finished lv 24 dungeon). I have submitted support ticket #97866374 regarding this issue, but the response was always that game masters couldn’t help with it at all. As suggested, I am now reporting this bug.
