Tried on android and iphone my account is stuck in loading loop, when i do get on I can’t claim any rewards and I am on 0 gold and 0 everything which is incorrect, it then doesn’t let me claim the missions I have completed. I am a new player and so this may mean I am not getting some sort of dialogue option or something? Assistance required asap please!
This was happening a while back. We all had to reinstall the game. Hope this helps.

You can try to request refunds.
