Re-installed but this keeps happening. Does anyone have the same issue?

What seems to be working for me at the moment (after an hour of stuffing around with port forwarding) is just sitting on the first menu screen for a minute before clicking multiplayer… for whatever reason this seems to allow battlenet to connect to the internet properly or something?
The key indicator for me is that when I wasn’t connected properly I couldn’t join tournaments in the multiplayer screen… not that i care about tournaments but its just obvious something hasn’t worked…
hopefully waiting it out works for you also
