That happened in all games of this kind besides the original RoC DotA and the early TFT. That’s not just their fault but also the massive amount of noobs they need to cater to.
They don’t even celebrate the 20th game, what else can I say? Blizzard lives in its own, parallel reality. From politicians, it seems, have learned.
