[World Editor] Custom buffs are broken

Hi,

It appears custom buffs are broken in the WC3 Reforged World Editor in various ways, depending on the source ability they’re used by. Example reproduction steps:

  1. Create an ability based off of Slow Poison.
  2. Create a buff using a different target model (say, Frost Armor) and tooltip text, and assign that buff to the custom ability.
  3. Give the custom ability to a unit and test in game.

The expected result, and what happens in a side-by-side test with the original WC3, is that when the unit with the ability attacks, the target will get the new buff model and the custom buff icon/tooltip text will show up in its info card.

The actual result in Reforged is that the custom buff appears to have no effect. The original Slow Poison buff model shows up on the target unit, as well as the original icon and tooltip in the info card.

As another, slightly different example, attaching a custom buff to a custom ability based on an aura (I used Endurance Aura) does respect the target model, however no icon or tooltip at all shows up in the target unit info card. These are present when testing the same objects in the original WC3.

These issues are likely to cause awkward visual inconsistencies with older custom maps, and make achieving these effects more difficult when developing new maps.
