Hey I know this has been a thing in the past. I know shortly after 2.0 came out it was impacting everyone. But it seems now that its just a me thing. Ive opened up support tickets with battle.net, they “recommended I try to log out and relog in” like I hadnt alrdy done that. and then they said they “cleared my accounts cache” and recommended if it doesnt work still that I post to this forum. So here I am. It has been affecting every game in the past 36ish hours. I have gone 7-2 and all 7 wins dont register. Upon clicking the victory button to leave game, it goes to scoreboard screen but doesnt actually load it. Eventually it says “failed to register”. Whats weird is when I lost, it worked completely normal.
Again this isnt an every once in a while thing. It is every single game that I win.

It’s not new and there’s already some lengthy threads about it, so it’s as known as it will ever be.
If you happen to be connecting via the EU gateway, try connecting through the NA gateway as a workaround.
The reason losses always get recorded is that happens immediately when you click “Leave game” as you get a loss for leaving regardless of what happens in the game afterward. This information is stored locally and the game doesn’t need to check with the server to see if you lost for the reason I described. Wins on the other hand, require the match results from the server for verification. Don’t yell at me, just explaining how it works.
That being said, all the accounts i’ve seen have suggested that this is much worse on the EU gateway. Of course, it should just work, period. But if your record is important to you, then connecting via a different gateway in the meantime may help. In most cases, it won’t matter that much for your in-game ping.
Unfortunately we haven’t heard much of anything from Blizz / whoever since the 2.0.1 update, and this has been going on for years, so I wouldn’t hold your breath about a resolution

2- I realize that generally, SOMETIMES, not recording a win is an issue thats been around for a while but this is NOT that same issue. This is an issue in that EVERY SINGLE WIN is not recording. And its turned to this OVERNIGHT. Im not complaining about the 1/20 games that it previously would happen. I am complaining about something that is happening 100% OF THE TIME. So yea, something has changed, whether with blizzard, or on my end. That is why I am reporting this. I know you feel obligated to reply to every single thread but I dont think your input is necessary here since you are talking about COMPLETELY DIFFERENT THINGS.
Well I tried to verify this but I couldn’t win a game in this play session to verify it.

When problems arise I want to help solve them if I can, and im not posting becuase my input is “necessary”, but because I want to identify the issue. You say its different, even though it sounds the same. But, you did clarify in your second post here that this is something that happened suddenly, which others h ave not clarified in other threads. Because of this, I want to help by confirming it, I’m just not having much luck winning tonight. Though, as I noted, Bliz has been basically silent since a month and a half ago, so who knows if anything will happen…
Yes, believe it or not, I do actually play the game. I’m just very passionate about it, and I’m very tired of being treated as a “troll” purely because I’m very active. I’m not a white knight and this thread should be clear evidence of that.
I’ve also noticed a difference in the last week or so, a lot more games not counting compared to before.
I found the longstanding issue was fairly intermittent (except FFA which almost never counted wins), most often just delayed and the stats would update by the next day. But recently it seems like over a third of games never count nor show up in match history.
I have the same problem with account 21347. It counts for Tournament, 1x1 and 2x2. E.g. in today’s tournament I did 2-1, but it shows 0-1
Having the same issue, made the mistake of continuing to play… I play alot. But now my record LOOKS so bad because wins never counting that ppl leave as soon as i enter… So it’s kinda ruined for me lol. only one mode to play…
