It was fixed some months ago, worked fine, now error is back:
After I won some games, I get : “Waiting for results” than " Error Retrieve data" and this time N.Elf win counter not updated again. Still 1248 after last 4 wins.
Each time I restarted Battle Net App and War3 Reforged.
It was never really fixed in the first place, but most of the time games that dont show up on your record will after some stupidly long period of time. derpy servers are derpy.
For sure in winter 2022 was a disaster (so 1 from 20 wins got recorded) and after 2023 february’s patch things got better (so 19 from 20 wins got recorded).
But since yestersay statistics got worse again.
Now, I also do not think is just the game’s sw patch, (because we did not get a new one recently) but anyway is a Technical Support issue, they should support their Server’s and Network as well and the Oracle (or what database they use).
