Why Thrall doesn't carry over from Prologue?

IIRC in classic WC3 he carried items from prologue.

As @Morte said, your point is completely pointless. IN W3C it carried out being Level 2 from the prologue.

Only thought - Thrall gets some powerful items during new missions. This can be done due to balance.
