Why should I buy if War2BNE and War3Reforged does not work?

Hello Warcraft community,

  1. For War2BNE - I opened ticket, because : “War2BNE all channels are empty and I cannot make or find a multiplayer game! Never worked, please help.”

The support answered with articles related to WoW, two times they closed my ticket.
Also in one article is mentioned /join General command, so I tried but Channel empty. (also I tried to join Alliance, Horde, Warcraft2 channels - same issue).
Maybe I was not clear that I have issues with War2?
Now I spell it - (watch especially second word in Bold Capital letters):

  • Warcraft TWO = 2 battle net edition - multiplayer Battle.Net does not work. Please help!

  1. For Reforged, “Play Offline” Button is grey out, so I cannot play offline, and they cannot let me go online (also I get error VPN) so entire Reforged does not work after update.

  2. Sure War 1 will not work similar as War 2, that does not even has multiplayer. Anyway that game is too old, controlling units in War 1 were too hard back in the days.

With those terms, why should I buy your Battle Chest package discounted to 20,24 Euro because I have already some games?

why are you playing war2bne when you could be playing the remaster? Which admittedly is missing a few things relating to multiplayer but… it does work.

This would only happen if you made your report under WoW. You’re not telling the whole story here.

What “Play Offline” button? You play offline by launching the game while you’re offline.

You said you have issues with war2 but you complain about Reforged and War1 instead. You really are making no sense here.

  1. You pay less if you own some of the games in a bundle arleady
  2. if you don’t want to buy something don’t buy it. Why are you asking? Let the people who want to buy it buy it and let the people who don’t not buy it. This is like the most pointless thread you’ve ever created.

To answer:

  1. War2BNE: so they sold me in February with 10 euro, and not working at all and now they want to sell me the same Remastered version again?

  2. Reforged: if I cannot start the game Play Offline button grey and online is account not working.

  3. War1 - too old + WoW - I am not interested.

So NO thanks, keep your packages, but help me to start : War2BNE and Reforged because I bought them:
I paid 10 euro + 30 euro. War2 - I can play only campaigns and Reforged I cannot play at all - not even campaigns.
