Stutterstep is something the player does to kite the enemy. You mean something different
Likely referring to pathfinder overload. A player’s units start to stutter while moving if the player has too many units moving at the same time.
This only really happens in custom maps where a player may end up possessing a huge number of units. It should not really happen in standard melee play due to the low unit count per player.
Are you talking about the performance issues? Yeah, what’s happening is embarrassing.
You should’ve called the title “stutter performance”. My first thought was “what’s wrong with stutter-stepping on here?”
I can suggest to give Razer Cortex: Game Booster a try, it’s free & automatic (or just one click, if it doesn’t switch to boost mode automatically). It fixed the performance issues when I tried it with Reforged before.
