I filed a ticket for my issue with FPS stuttering. The reply I got was “Update your drivers”. When I said this didn’t change anything because I have already done it the final answer was “We can’t do anything about it” and “go check the forums what other users say”.
So why does Technical support even exist if they will just provide basic advice anyone sane knows anyway? Just don’t waste money on it and get developers to work out the technical issues. We don’t need Captain Obvious
That’s disingenuous and I suspect you know that. Not everyone has the knowledge that is obvious to you. Many don’t have the first clue of what to do with computer issues.
They have been. They are holding a PTR right now that seems to have helped graphic performance for Mac. Plus whatever else they included in that patch.
Additionally, not everyone has every reported problem. For example, I don’t have FPS or studdering issues. So, something about the game obviously works correctly. So it’s not so easy to always universally blame the game.
And just to set expectations, the Tech Support forum isn’t a contact point with Bliz TS. It’s player-to-player help, by design.
The FPS stutter is an AMD issue that is fixed on PTR, but they are gatekeeping it behind a giant patch for weeks…

Your post is… unfortunate. Why? People complain almost non stop about bugs from lack of testing. Yet at the same time people complain about how long testing is taking.
So as to your question in you other duplicate post, with how much trouble reforged has had It’s while life: no, don’t release it until Bliz reaches what ever confidence level they are looking for.
I weep for humanity. Well, the part that behaves like this, at least.
I run Intel and I got that issue as well. The forums are full of people with Intels who also complain about the same issue

You don’t have the first clue as to what’s involved or needed or what’s included in the test patch. Therefore you have no ground to stand on when judging anyone.
Point in fact: There’s no connection between expressing frustration with your kind and needing to go touch grass. You just pulled that out of thin air because its a popular thing to say. Problem is, it has to be relevant or else it falls flat, making you look desperate.
Well the stutering issue has been fixed on the PTR and should go live this coming week, so there you go.
