Who's responsible for this World Editor thing anyway?

Sitting here, trying to have a little fun, occasionally crashing, and thinking stuff…

:one: Who’s actually responsible for Warcraft III’s World Editor? The window from the first start-up says Blizzard doesn’t directly support it.

:two: Whoever’s responsible, why don’t they seem to be bothering with trying to fix its issues? Going by old posts, it looks like there are problems which haven’t been fixed in quite some time now.

Blizzard (well, whoever’s working on it is)

All that message means is that if you have a problem with the world editor tech support won’t help you. Support isn’t trained to solve world editor problems. It’s a tool provided for your enjoyment that isnt required to play the game.
