I requested a refund , I don’t get it at all NOTHING works. The god damn BETA VERSION worked better then the final Product the “reforged” art style is also trash just look at Arthas he looks like someone mounted a 12year olds head on a 20 year olds body, don’t get me started with some of the other units as well. Who ever made the design choices for this game needs to be fired its a very ugly skin package I’ll rather stick to my 17 year old copy then this overpriced Skinpackage.

I refunded just now. I played the game for less than an hour, none of the custom games worked after trying to join so many times. The regular ladder game itself was just the old game but new skins, except the coloring and such made it hard to see units. Because the custom game feature didn’t work, I thought it wasn’t worth the $39.99 I paid for it honestly, so I just ended up refunding. Also I did not like the main menu UI.
We couldn’t get a refund. Such a disgrace. My wife got this for my Christmas present and I was even fine waiting for the pushed back release date. In the Beta, at least I could boot it up despite 4/5 times I tried to join a match the whole game crashed. Now I can’t even get to the main menu. I power up the game and it’s just a black screen with the mouse cursor. Maybe I’ll just try again in a month or two…

I didn’t get a refund, because I didn’t pre-order. I hope you guys take this experience as a lesson going forward.
Not gonna refund. It’s still my favorite RTS game and it’s very buggy and unpolished right now, but it’s going to be enjoyable in a few months. I can play something else until then !

I see we have another thread in which people like to imagine their $29.99 is super-duper important, and they’d really like you to know how much they value it.
It’s not about the money. It’s about what was promised FOR the money back when they announced WC3:R on the BlizzCon 2018. And there never was an official announcement, that all of that would’ve been cut.
What we have now is just a skin pack. And that’s not worth $29.99.
If they would’ve lowered the price and announced, the promised features wouldn’t be in, noone would’ve been that mad like they are now.
